Directions :
From the 401 eastbound:
-exit at County Rd. 18 (Burnham St.) (exit 472)
-follow Burnham St. south and continue south past Elgin St. at which point Burnham St. becomes William St.
-continue south on William St. to University Ave.
-turn left on University Ave.

From the 401 westbound:
-exit at County Rd. 45 (Division St.) (exit #474)
-follow Division St. south into Cobourg to University Ave.
-turn right on University Ave. and follow west to Ball St.
-turn left on Ball St. and follow south to the property on the left hand side of the street
